Billy Smith is a graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Shawn and they have six children. Billy has 43 years of ministry experience in children’s, students, administration, communication of God’s Word, and pastoring to Hope & Stand. Billy enjoys spending time with his family, sports of all kinds, serving in the community, and losing himself in a good book.

Joey St. John is a graduate of Lee University (B.S. Business) and Lincoln Memorial University (MED). He is married to Shannon and they have two sons – Spenser and Gunner. Joey and Shannon’s ministry has always been based on reaching youth and families outside the four walls of the church. Ministry involvements in Campbell County Youth Leader’s Alliance, Worship on the Water, and seeing Hope & Stand develop is an avenue to let people know that “God Loves Campbell County”.
